Data marked with an asterisk in the questionnaires must be provided. Otherwise, the form cannot be sent, as it will not be possible for the Skylab teams to process the information provided.

The data collected will be communicated only to the following recipients: Skylab employees and organizers of the events from which the data was transmitted.

They are kept for 2 years.
